All sales of treatments are final once the treatment has been administered.
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we ask that you contact the clinic as soon as possible in order to discuss options.
Treatments purchased online are held at the clinic in preparation for your appointment once the appointment has been booked.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have booked your appointment within 3 months of your purchase (the appointment can take place up to a year from purchase). To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request is accepted, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
